My client is a successful, well-established small accountancy practice based in Heathrow. My client has been established for over 20 years and works with a variety of clients across a number of different industries. The Accounts Manager will preferably be qualified as well as have good general experience within practice and will be offered up to 65,000 per annum alongside a generous holiday package and hybrid working. Staff Management: Manage offshore staff, conduct meetings, and monitor workflows and deadlines. Client Coordination: Oversee client work to meet deadlines, handle invoicing, and address client queries efficiently. Performance Monitoring: Ensure engagements are commercially viable by monitoring time spent and addressing any issues. Junior Staff Development: Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and support to junior staff, including reviewing their work. Compliance Review: Review VAT returns, bookkeeping, and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Client Onboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients, including HMRC registrations and bookkeeping advice. Client Support: Assist the director in client meetings and offer advice on accounting, payroll, and taxation matters.
