Working Hours

37.5 hour weeks Monday - Friday Key Duties

Preparation and review of annual accounts Supervising junior auditors' and semi-seniors' work Preparation of management accounts at monthly and quarterly intervals for growing clients Managing, training and providing support and feedback for junior staff Promotion of the firm's services where possible including representing the firm at business networking and other events Preparation of complex VAT returns using the various different scheme available Preparation of Corporation tax and Income tax computations and returns Review of clients fees and upselling the firms' services Staff work allocation and planning Line manager duties to junior staff and apprentices including managing their apprenticeship obligations Liaising with the tax / payroll departments to ensure all clients' needs met Key Requirements

ACCA/ACA qualified with proven experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of tax, audit, and financial reporting standards. Excellent communication skills Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members. Proficient in accounting software - Xero, Quickbooks, Taxcalc Working Place:
