Exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our client, an Accountancy Practice located in Wolverhampton on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Senior Accountant within the practice, you will be expected to support, supervise, and coach junior members of the team as well as be actively involved in the growth of the practice.
Senior Accountant Position Overview
Preparation of accounts ranging from consolidated group to small limited company accounts to final accounts stage, linking to tax returns as appropriate Review of audits Develop working relationships with clients, processing information and providing feedback and guidance where necessary Submit corporation and personal tax returns to HMRC, ensuring they are correct and submitted on time P11d's - Preparation and submission of client P11d returns Review and support colleagues by assisting as required Senior Accountant Position Requirements
Qualified or finalist accountant, ACCA, ACA/ICAEW Candidates deemed qualified by experience with current/recent accountancy practice experience will also be considered Strong IT skills including Excel and good software knowledge ideally (IRIS, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Dext) Senior Accountant Position Remuneration
