THE ROLE
Manage and guide a small team of ACA trainees and technicians to deliver the highest quality work to set timescales. Help prepare and review financial statements for limited companies. Prepare and review monthly management accounts and provide advice and commentary to associated company directors. Prepare KPIs, budgets, and forecasts. Demonstrate strong project management skills. Mentor and support the team. Maintain and build client relationships. Prioritise workload appropriately and adhere to strict deadlines. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
CRITERIA
Hold a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA). Two years’ post-qualified experience in an accounts practice environment. (Professionals returning to practice will be welcomed to apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
