Our client, a registered charity, is looking for a Senior Accounts Assistant for their thriving finance team. They are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Job Responsibilities: Bank Reconciliations for Multi Bank Accounts Banking of Cheques Preparing and posting relevant Journals Ensure that credits/refunds are authorised, issued and recorded promptly Processing Refunds via Barclaycard Preparing and posting journals for refunds that need to be processed in the payment run Raising Sales Invoices Inputting Sales Invoices manually onto the system Chasing Debtors for the invoices raised Ensure that all cash received is promptly and accurately allocated Processing Overseas Transfers via Online Banking The client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible but will consider those on notice.
