Are you passionate about acoustics and keen to work on diverse and high-profile projects across the UK? Our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Glasgow, is seeking a talented and driven Senior Acoustic Consultant to join their innovative and dynamic team.

About Our client provides cutting-edge acoustic consultancy services across a wide range of industries. With over two decades of expertise, they specialise in environmental noise assessments, building acoustics, vibration studies, and bespoke sound design solutions. They work on an exciting portfolio of projects, including high-profile architectural developments, infrastructure schemes, and entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities As a Senior Acoustic Consultant, you will: Conduct on-site noise and vibration surveys. Perform acoustic modelling and data analysis using CadnaA and ODEON. Prepare technical reports and offer tailored recommendations to clients. Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Acoustical Engineering, Physics, Sound Engineering or a related field (MSc preferred). Alternatively, candidates should have the IOA Diploma in Acoustics & Noise Control. A solid understanding of acoustics principles. Proficiency in industry software such as CadnaA, SoundPLAN, or similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A full UK driving license.

Desirable: Membership or eligibility for membership with the Institute of Acoustics (IOA). Experience working as a Graduate Acoustic Consultant.
