Senior Administrator Location:
Salford, Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust Job Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day administrative workload to support 8 neighbourhood teams. Maintain and respond to relevant inboxes in a timely manner. Maintain diary management, set up meetings, invite partners to training sessions and project groups. Support the development, planning and coordination for any training programmes or events. Arrange and minute meetings as required e.g., Senior Management meeting. Maintain records and provide statistical data, update core tracker for invoices and processing payments. Arrange work requests, partner position accounts, ordering of new equipment for new starters. Provide a high level of support to the Senior Management Team within Business Support e.g., Principal Managers/Team Managers and professionals within the service. Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates who are conscientious, highly motivated, friendly, and able to work as part of the team. Within this role, you will be working closely with Senior management to provide an effective, confident, and efficient administration service. You will need excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills, along with the ability to minute meetings.
