Senior Administrator - London - 12-Month Contract

Do you want to be involved with exciting pharmaceutical projects? When it comes to the development and production of veterinary vaccines, our pharmaceutical client has the largest centre in the industry worldwide and is a Centre of Excellence; employing more than 1000 people. They are looking to add to their team and require a Senior Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the critical investment projects both on-site and remotely. Key Responsibilities:

General Secretarial/Clerical responsibilities HR systems related activities - experience with Workday preferential The coordination and performance of multiple tasks while understanding the project principles and technical skills related to own work assignments Prioritisation of workload and ability to multitask and work efficiently with little supervision Schedule complex, multi-leg and international travel in a thoughtful way Support the use of Team Sites Communication Skills must be at a level to effectively interact with executives and internal/external clients both on-site and remotely Carry out and co-ordinate special projects within the division/area Support select direct reports and other members of the group, managing multiple calendars Maintain a high level of confidentiality Experience Required:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives (Executive Director, VP or above) Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, MS Word, etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices SAP experience processing: Purchase Orders and Payment Requests; Vendor Add Forms, as well as the capability to run reports within SAP ARIBA experience for raising and managing POs Experience of scheduling complex travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel - preferably via Concur Advanced secretarial/clerical abilities with a history of high performance If this role is of interest to you, please apply now!
