The College of Health and Science is a vibrant and ambitious College with a keen focus on supporting and developing professional services colleagues. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly-organised individual to join our team.

Reporting to the School Manager, you will play a key role within the School's Professional Services team, directly supporting the Dean of the Lincoln Medical School while providing effective line management and day-to-day oversight of a team of administrators who support a range of programme delivery.

We're looking for candidates who are proactive and able to work on their own initiative to deliver service improvements, in collaboration with colleagues within and outside of the School. You will have a strong attention to detail and commitment to providing the highest level of customer service in a busy and ambitious team. You will also be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines to manage multiple changing priorities.

You will be skilled communicators who can develop strong and effective relationships with colleagues in a variety of roles and at all levels of the institution to ensure the delivery of an excellent student experience, and to support the School and College in meeting our goals.

The University of Lincoln offers exciting career opportunities with the chance to grow and develop to reach your full potential. We also offer a wide range of staff benefits, including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year pro rata (plus an additional 14 bank holiday and concessionary days), progressive pay rates, access to discounts at popular stores and more.

If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced and friendly environment, we would love to hear from you.

If you would like further information or an informal discussion about these roles, please contact Emma Jestico, Senior Project and Operations Officer, at ejestico@lincoln.ac.uk.
