My client are an International Law Firm who are specialists in their field looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to join their team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known business whose clients are global, household names. The ideal candidate with have previous experience working within a Legal or Professional Services environment, including Financial Services, Banking or Insurance. As a Senior Administrator your duties will include: Assisting with invoicing and billing clients Answering phones and taking messages for the team Diary management Booking travel and accommodation Writing letters and emails to clients Updating and amending the internal system Producing documents using Word, Excel and Adobe As a Senior Administrator you will have the following skills: Previous Administration experience ideally in a Legal or Professional environment Ability to manage and prioritise workload Comfortable working towards deadlines Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Highly proficient on Microsoft Office Senior Administrator | Leeds City Centre/Hybrid Working | £24,000-£27,000 | Permanent Due to the high volume of CV’s we receive we are unable to respond to all applications.
