In this pivotal role, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, supporting the Ten Locks business and account team to achieve ABP targets and meet commercial KPIs for the year. You’ll work closely with Kingsland Drinks to ensure seamless communication, efficient processes, and robust reporting across both companies. As a key point of contact for customers and colleagues, you’ll oversee a range of responsibilities, from product setup and compliance to administrative support and customer communication. You’ll also have the opportunity to attend customer and supplier meetings, act as account cover when needed, and coordinate crucial operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage cost recovery documentation. Raise and track purchase orders with precision. Maintain and update critical operational databases. Process and coordinate sample requests. Generate comprehensive stock reports. Contribute to demand planning processes. Manage general administrative tasks, including retro processing and tracking. Coordinate team travel and event logistics. Ensure product setup meets all compliance requirements. Allocate and log expenses accurately. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience in a supply chain or procurement environment. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and database management. Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities. Excellent attention to detail. Desired Skills: Experience with SAP systems. Knowledge of procurement processes. Basic financial administration expertise. Professional communication skills. Technical Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Expertise in database management software. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Basic skills in financial reporting tools. Personal Attributes: Proactive problem-solver with a results-driven mindset. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Adaptable, resilient, and eager to tackle challenges.
