Provide comprehensive administrative support to the headteacher and senior staff, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential information. Financial Management:

Oversee the school's budget, manage financial records, process invoices, and ensure financial efficiency. Staff Supervision:

Manage and support administrative staff, including training and performance evaluations. Compliance and Policies:

Ensure the school complies with educational laws and regulations, and assist in the development and implementation of school policies. Communication:

Act as a liaison between the school, parents, and the community, handling enquiries and communications effectively. Event Coordination:

Organise and manage school events, trips, and activities, ensuring all logistical details are handled. Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, staff absences, and other essential documentation. Facilities Management:

Oversee the maintenance and use of school facilities to ensure a safe and effective learning environment. Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
