Senior Administrator Hours:

Four and a half days a week in term times (equivalent to 0.9 of full-time), plus 5 days a year in school holidays. Note:

In the range £19,919 – £22,569 (£27,950 – £30,325 FTE), dependent on experience and qualifications. Advertised:

Monday 3 February 2025 We are looking for a senior administrator (or two, working sharing the role) who will be able to take the lead on a wide range of administrative responsibilities, based in the school office, as well as being the key point of contact in reception. The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills; strong communication skills; competence with Microsoft Office and school software programmes; and excellent administrative efficiency. They will be able to take on a wide variety of responsibilities regarding the needs of the site and various users. More specifically, the senior school administrator(s) will have significant responsibility in the areas of Human Resources and ensuring the regulatory compliance of the school. It is a genuine and determining occupational requirement that the job-holder must be a committed Christian, willing to work in line with the ethos and values of Oxfordshire Community Churches. Administrative experience is essential, and experience of working in a school is highly desirable. Visiting the school is recommended prior to interview.
