Apple Recruitment are recruiting for Senior Administrator with Marketing dutiesto work in our Belfast officeon a temporary basis (with possible permanent extension). Main responsibilities: Administrative duties Managing reception desk. Meet and greet clients and candidates. Perform administrative tasks e.g. filing, photocopying, completing forms on paper and online along with other clerical duties. Document and process candidate registration forms on internal databases. Answer and direct calls across departments as required. Manage email correspondence both internally and externally. Marketing duties Advertise all job vacancies in a timely manner and across a variety of websites. Manage social media accounts by creating and posting job vacancy adverts on behalf of clients. Ability to communicate effectively Ability to manage, analyse and evaluate information to ensure delivery of an effective and efficient service.
