The Scottish Government is undertaking a significant programme of education reform. Replacing SQA with Qualifications Scotland is a key priority within this programme. Qualifications Scotland will be established with a new governance structure that places involvement from and accountability towards children, young people, adult learners, and the teaching professions at the heart of what it does. As part of this, the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills commissioned the Chair of SQA to undertake some work which considers a dedicated structure within Qualifications Scotland which will serve and support the schools' sector and aim to restore teachers' trust in the qualifications body. Secondary Head Teacher

to join us as a

Senior Adviser

on an 18-month secondment to support and advise on the work to develop and deliver these structures, and the culture, in which schools are supported by Qualifications Scotland.
