We have an exciting opportunity in the HR Transformation and Engagement team within the Employee Service Centre. We are looking for a dynamic, agile, customer service focused individual to lead our People Helpdesk team. You should possess excellent communication skills and passion for customer service. Line management experience is advantageous. You will be line managing a busy team with a diverse workload. You will need excellent organisation skills to manage the team's workload in line with deadlines and service level agreements. The People Helpdesk team operate an omni channel model with enquiries coming in via email, CRM, live chat, and phone calls. You will work in collaboration with the Workforce Engagement team to develop training materials where knowledge gaps have been identified. This includes our new offering of a manager’s toolkit and our bespoke e-learning suite for people managers. You will also support with the rollout of myNL Portal to Education and Families.
