Our Affiliate Marketing team is a vibrant group of four full-time managers led by an experienced team lead. Together, we’re part of the Paid Channels division, dedicated to delivering outstanding results and driving customer acquisition in European markets. Your Responsibilities

Discover New Partnerships:

Research, acquire, and onboard new affiliate partners while fostering long-term strategic brand collaborations. Drive Performance:

Manage affiliate campaigns to achieve consistent, performance-based growth. Innovate and Expand:

Identify new opportunities for the affiliate channel and implement innovative strategies through internal and external projects. Market Expertise:

Conduct in-depth market research and deliver insights to inform strategic decisions. Optimise Processes:

Review and refine established workflows, continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and innovation. Your Profile

Affiliate Expert:

5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar field, such as business development, with a proven track record in the UK market. Digital Savvy:

Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing topics, including web tracking, remuneration models, affiliate networks, and the latest digital trends.

Interest in financial products is a plus!

Sales-Driven:

Solid experience in sales and partnership acquisition, coupled with exceptional social and negotiation skills. Results-Oriented:

A problem solver with a hands-on approach who thrives in a collaborative environment. Well-Connected:

Ready and willing to travel for roadshows, trade fairs, and partner meetings. Language Skills:

Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, ideally at a native level. Our Benefits
