Ensure effective communication between customers and the service department regarding service status and updates. Assist in developing strategies to improve aftersales service delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues in a timely manner. Support the aftersales manager in maintaining operational efficiency and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in a customer-facing aftersales role within the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. Familiarity with automotive service management software is a plus. A valid driver's licence.
