Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior AI Developer, with the office being based in Medway, Kent, UK. As a Senior AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions. You will collaborate with colleagues to enhance existing AI systems and create innovative AI applications. You will also take the lead in mentoring an apprentice.

Qualifications
Proficiency in programming, best practices, and managing AI code writers
Experience in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks
Strong knowledge of AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality AI solutions
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related field desirable but not crucial
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in developing AI models for real-world applications
