Senior Air Conditioning Engineer Salary & Benefits Basic Salary 45,000+ DOE Company Van or Car - Optional Personal Use of the vehicle Overtime paid at 1.5x 40 hour working week Pension 20 days' holidays plus bank holidays; this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years. The Senior Engineer will be tasked with more complex remedial tasks & will also provide technical support & training to the company's more junior engineers. This role will involve providing quotes/estimating on small work. Overtime, this role will grow into a 50-50% hybrid role on and off the tools.
