We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Clinical Research Systems & Reporting to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Analyst, Clinical Research Systems & Reporting at ICON, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our clinical research systems and reporting processes. You will play a key role in enhancing data management and reporting capabilities, ensuring efficient and accurate support for clinical trials and research activities. What You Will Be Doing: Managing and optimizing clinical research systems to ensure they meet the needs of data collection, management, and reporting. Collaborating with clinical research teams to identify and implement system improvements and reporting enhancements. Overseeing the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all reporting and system management activities. Providing training and support to users of clinical research systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Your Profile: Degree in a relevant field such as information systems, clinical research, or a related discipline. Must have experience in clinical trials and protocol writing/source writing. Experience in managing clinical research systems and generating reports within a clinical research setting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Proficiency in data management tools and reporting software, with experience in ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and provide effective training and support. Experience with CRIO is an advantage.
