A senior appointment leading a team of systems and safety analysts. The position is key to the safe and assured delivery of the company's programs and projects. Use of analysis software tools, software, and calculation to assure the outputs of a fast-moving and flexible engineering design team. You will be working on a variety of programs and projects from large scale MOD Contracted vehicles to internal innovation projects. Key Responsibilities
Structural analysis using first principles and FEA. Proficient in the use of Hyperworks suite (including Hypermesh, Radioss, Optistrut, LS Dyna) or equivalent software (Hyperworks conversion training will be provided if required). Lead and manage a team of Analysts to assure the delivery of SC Group designs through to manufacture. Self-motivated and manage your own workflow and that of your team. Must have the ability to work on a variety of challenging projects and products with no two days being the same. Ability to learn new skills as the company grows and needs new and improved testing and analysis tools. High level of communication skills and influence internally to SC Group and with external agencies.
