As a result of our expanding eDiscovery offering, we are looking to hire an eDiscovery Senior Analyst in London or Glasgow. You will be part of a growing team providing cutting edge eDiscovery services to our clients and internal practice groups in the UK and EMEA and building a global service with our Australian eDiscovery team. This role demands a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with a strong background in eDiscovery, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of stakeholders. About the role

Project Management and Delivery: Oversee the streamlined and high-quality execution of eDiscovery projects, ensuring they align with the requirements of litigation, regulatory responses, investigations, and transactional work. Data collection and forensics: Assist with evidence collection conversations with clients, IT stakeholders, legal teams and assist with the collection of data from modern data sources. Financial Oversight: Monitor project expenses, ensuring alignment with initial estimates. Consultative Expertise: Employ a consultative approach to address complex eDiscovery challenges, offering expert advice to stakeholders on industry best practices and strategic solutions. Risk Management: Define project deliverables and identify potential risks throughout the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Workflow Management: Administer Active Learning (AL) workflows and manage structured analytics within RelativityOne. Quality Assurance and Training: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control procedures spanning from document collection to final production. Innovation and Technology Integration: Participate in initiatives to evaluate and integrate new technologies, methodologies, and workflows, enhancing the eDiscovery process. Client and Legal Team Engagement: Advise on best practice and introduce innovative workflows and solutions to legal teams and clients. Advanced eDiscovery Solutions: Design and implement document review frameworks utilizing AI technologies. Document Production Oversight: Manage document production schedules and ensure strict adherence to agreed-upon protocols. Data Security Interpretation: Interpret and apply data security standards to the management of eDiscovery services. Firm-Wide Support: Provide comprehensive support to attorneys across all practice groups within the firm. Time Management and Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of time spent on projects. About you

Minimum of 2 years eDiscovery experience, working in a professional services firm, law firm or government agency. Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues that arise during a project. Excellent understanding of the legal framework of eDiscovery. Proven record in using advanced eDiscovery tools. Ability to oversee and support multiple eDiscovery matters. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, solutions focused environment. Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience. An acute attention to detail, and ability to develop quality assurance practices into all facets of work. Good team player; works well as part of a small, multi-discipline team. Ability to assess, prioritise and where appropriate delegate requests. Experience managing matters and providing eDiscovery support on RelativityOne. Tertiary qualifications in either Law, Computer Science, Commerce, or software engineering. Flexibility and willingness to undertake additional work outside of core hours when required. General Technical Knowledge - whilst specialising in eDiscovery applications, the successful candidate will also be expected to develop a working knowledge of other tools in our Digital stack.
