Position Overview: The Senior Analyst, Global Manufacturing Excellence Standards will establish and enforce manufacturing excellence standards to optimize operations, enhance product quality, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring organizational competitiveness and sustained success. Key responsibilities include: Spearheading Lean thinking adoption and standard Lean-Based Management System deployment Developing and implementing comprehensive manufacturing excellence standards aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices Analyzing and monitoring Global progress on Ball Manufacturing Excellence Program Globally in Manufacturing and Supply Chain (across all divisions Aerosol, Cans and Ends) Driving successful evolution of and execution on Manufacturing Excellence Model to be the most competitive in cost, quality and service by continually driving for efficiencies in our processes Leading cross-functional teams to assess current manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and define performance metrics Establishing protocols and guidelines for quality control, ensuring consistency and reliability in product manufacturing Conducting regular audits and assessments to monitor adherence to established standards and identify opportunities for refinement Collaborating with engineering and production teams to integrate new technologies and methodologies that enhance efficiency and productivity Providing training and support to employees at all levels to ensure understanding and compliance with manufacturing excellence standards What are we looking for? Minimum of 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Environment Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline - Preferred Experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving change management and lean manufacturing principles and methodologies Ability to facilitate and influence at all levels of the organization Financial and analytical skills Fluent in English Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
