Senior / Lead Application Developer - Permanent - 2 Days P/W Coventry
We are partnering with a boutique digital agency who are looking for a Senior / Lead Application Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. Due to a successful 2024 and an exciting pipeline in 2025, they are looking to bolster their Engineering capacity by bringing a skilled and experienced Mobile / Application Engineer into their team.
We are looking to speak to candidates with the following capabilities and experience:
Experience developing advanced mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
Ability to collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications.
Develop and maintain server-side applications, preferably using the Laravel framework. Though other backend technologies would still be considered as beneficial.
Integrate backend services with mobile applications through RESTful APIs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality code standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
They operate a Hybrid working model, so candidates would be expected to be in office at least 2 days a week. The salary range for this role is £50-60k depending on experience.
