We are looking for a dynamic Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team in either Derry/Londonderry or Letterkenny on a permanent basis. You should apply if you: Have at least 5 years’ experience in application support, software troubleshooting, or a related technical role. Have experience with issue tracking and support ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow). Are familiar with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common desktop applications. Can diagnose and resolve complex problems, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimal performance and usability of applications. This is an opportunity to work on: Providing expert-level technical support to end-users and customers for software applications, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. Troubleshooting and investigating complex application-related problems. Working closely with development teams to convey technical details of issues, contribute to bug identification, and assist in the release of patches and updates.
