A leading consultancy that specializes in Landscape, Arboriculture, and Ecology is seeking an experienced
Senior Arboricultural Consultant
to join their office based in Worthing, West Sussex. This role offers a chance to lead impactful projects across the South-East and beyond. As a Senior Arboricultural Consultant, you’ll: Deliver BS5837 surveys, Tree Constraints Plans, Impact Assessments, and Method Statements. Advise clients on arboricultural planning, mitigation, and project delivery. Conduct hazard assessments, pathogen identification, and tree physiology evaluations. Collaborate with project teams and clients to achieve outstanding results. Senior Arboricultural Consultant Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 Arboricultural qualification (e.g., FdSc Arb, HNC Arb) with at least 5 years’ consultancy experience. Expertise in BS5837 standards, planning policy, and industry survey methods. Proficiency in AutoCAD/KeyTree and strong report writing skills. Progression towards LANTRA Professional Tree Inspection Certificate (PTI) and Arboricultural Association membership is a plus.
