This year marked their 40th anniversary, and they are now looking to expand the team due to this continued success and strong pipeline of work. This role will see you take the lead of their education team, following projects from concept to completion, primarily across the northwest. Role & Responsibilities

Take the lead on design and management, collaborating with the wider design and technical team members, reporting to the director of education. Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, promoting collaboration and professional growth. Build strong client relationships and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the education sector portfolio. Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality completion within budget. Maintain effective communication and foster collaboration with all project stakeholders and team members. Required Skills & Experience

5+ years UK experience post part III qualification. Experience working on education projects from concept to completion across schools, higher education, or university projects. Strong working knowledge of the DFE frameworks, contractors, and working practices. Proven ability to lead teams of architects, technologists, and architectural assistants. Strong client-facing skills and comfortable taking the lead in meetings and presentations to clients and stakeholders. Proficiency working in Revit and AutoCAD. What You Get Back
