Working on a variety of prestigious cultural projects alongside a supportive and friendly team, you will be responsible for delivering diverse projects through design and technical stages. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, client liaison experience, and a proven track record of delivering projects, ideally within cultural, heritage, or conservation architectural projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage various aspects of each project, collaborating closely with the directors to ensure comprehensive project management and design delivery. Lead technical and construction packages through Revit whilst managing and mentoring a team. Collaborate with the team to drive artistic innovation and strike a harmonious balance between design and technical stages. Lead projects through UK building and planning regulations. Client interaction and coordinating with key stakeholders and external consultants. Budgeting and project forecasting. Key Skills/Requirements: ARB-registered Architect with at least 6 years of professional practice in the UK. Proficiency in Revit / BIM is required for the role. Demonstrated experience across all RIBA stages. Experience in the preservation of listed or cultural buildings is highly beneficial to the role but not necessary. Proven expertise in project delivery and management. Extensive knowledge of UK building regulations and planning is essential. Experience managing and leading teams.
