About the opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in designing and specifying building projects, ensuring that they meet current guidelines, standards, and regulations. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the design and specification of architectural projects, adhering to all relevant codes and regulations. Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure successful project completion within deadlines. Providing constructive feedback on design work from junior architects and team members. Ensuring all designs comply with legal requirements and environmental sustainability guidelines. Staying informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, building codes, and regulations. Proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges during both the design and implementation stages. About the benefits and rewards:

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and a basic salary in the region of up to £55k DOE. In addition to the basic salary, there will be further company benefits.

About the requirements:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD software. * A degree in Architecture is preferred. * A strong understanding of contract administration is a plus. * Highly organized, personable, and capable of building strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and contractors. * An initiative-taking attitude and the ability to effectively lead and manage the team. * Leadership experience is desirable. * A strong commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
