Senior Architect Preston Up to 48,000 Are you an experienced Senior Architect seeking an exciting leadership role within a dynamic and collaborative practice? My clients are a RIBA Chartered Practice based in Preston, who specialise within the Residential sector. As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects from inception to completion, managing client relationships, boast great technical ability with front end design knowledge and mentor junior team members. You will also demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, ideally within the Residential sector field. Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role: Lead the design and delivery of high-profile architectural projects across various sectors. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to develop and maintain excellent working relationships. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technicians, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment. Expertise needed for this Senior Architect role: ARB-registered architect with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience. Ability to lead a team Excellent technically with front end design knowledge (Planning). Demonstrated expertise in managing projects across all RIBA work stages. Experience with Residential sector. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
