As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the documentation and delivery of diverse projects across all RIBA stages. You will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence and seamless project execution, with a focus on residential and commercial projects of varying scales. Key Responsibilities : Lead the documentation and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages. Develop and maintain Revit templates to streamline project workflows. Conduct and oversee clash detection processes using Revit. Provide expert technical detailing for a variety of project types. Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards. Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary consultants to achieve cohesive project outcomes. Mentor team members, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to ensure task completion. About You

To thrive in this role, you will be a highly skilled architect with a strong background in technical delivery and team leadership. Requirements : A minimum of five years of professional experience post-Part 3 qualification. Advanced proficiency in Revit, with significant hands-on experience in project delivery. Strong knowledge of technical detailing and construction methods. Proven ability to manage teams and work independently when required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards. Eligibility to work in the UK. Why Join Us?
