Senior Architect

Senior Architect We are seeking a Senior Architect with extensive experience in Data Management Functional, MDM Architecture, and Stibo. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data management solutions that align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of MDM architecture and hands-on experience with Stibo to drive data initiatives effectively. Responsibilities: Should have STEP experience and strong experience in stakeholder management. Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions to meet business needs. Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture to ensure data integrity and consistency. Provide technical expertise in Stibo to optimize data management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data quality and governance standards are met across all data management projects. Develop and implement best practices for data management and MDM architecture. Conduct regular assessments of data management systems to identify areas for improvement. Mentor and guide junior team members in data management and MDM best practices. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data management strategies with business goals. Monitor and report on the performance of data management systems to ensure they meet organizational standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management capabilities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all data management activities. Provide strategic direction for data management initiatives to support business growth.
