Ready to work on projects where the style/design is tailored to each client, rather than just having a 'house style'? The Company Our client is a mid-sized (20 designers) SW London-based luxury residential design studio that works on incredible projects for private clients. They tailor the design to the client's requirements and are forward-thinking in their approach. They also offer a build service, where they utilize their own contractors to deliver the project on site. As well as making sure their clients are happy, they also have a real focus on keeping their staff happy. They have a low staff turnover (they still have their first-ever employee who joined 20+ years ago), every person in the company has a voice/input to the design, and there is a real family feel among the staff. In 2022, the company made almost £10,000 in charitable donations, and this very much aligns with their values as a studio.
