Senior Architect
Location: Crawley

Salary: £38000-£48000 (dependent on experience)
I am working with a RIBA chartered practice to find a talented Senior Architect with a passion for creative designs to join their team in Crawley. The team works across the Residential, Healthcare and Education sectors and has a keen interest in sustainability and aims to be net-zero over the next few years, so would like the Senior Architect to share this goal.
The successful Senior Architect will be ARB registered and should be confident working independently and as part of a team. You will have a keen attention to detail and will enjoy working through all RIBA stages. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architect:
ARB registered Significant experience post Part 3 qualification Confident liaising with clients, planning officers, and contractors Previous experience job running Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations Planning and building regulation submissions Preparing feasibility reports Experience in specification writing (NBS) is beneficial Great communication skills, both written and verbal Work independently and as part of a team Full, clean driving licence Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is essential
