Senior Architectural Technician Job is now available. I am working with a multi-disciplinary practice at the forefront of large-scale residential developments. Our client is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary architectural practice delivering a range of exciting projects, including large-scale residential developments. With significant recent growth including the opening of a new office, they are looking for an ambitious Senior Technician to join the Chelmsford team. The role is suited to a candidate with proven experience delivering working drawings for housing developers, housing associations (HAs), contractors, and SMEs. Role & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality working drawing projects within the technical team. Liaise effectively with team members, consultants, and occasionally clients. Self-check drawings and information to maintain the highest standards of quality. Assist with ancillary tasks that improve team efficiency and overall output. Required Skills & Experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating the delivery of working drawings for housing projects. Excellent technical knowledge, particularly regarding housing delivery for housebuilders. Excellent drawing, report writing, and organizational skills. Commercial awareness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Skilled in AutoCAD (Revit experience is beneficial). Proficient in MS Office Suite. Hardworking, team-oriented professional with a proactive approach. What you get back
