They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to take the lead on a range of projects within the residential, leisure, and retail sectors. To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician, you will need strong post-qualification experience as a technician working and delivering on projects within the residential and leisure sectors. It is essential that the candidate is able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit as well as boast a design portfolio that should show off strong detailing and design skills. Benefits:

Strong post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technician in a UK practice. Relevant degree within Architecture. Proficiency with Revit. Successful background delivering projects within the residential and leisure sectors. Previous experience working alongside clients, contractors, and other consultants. Experience of job running. Strong technical detailing and design skills. Experience working on projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong technical UK building regulations knowledge. Live within the Manchester area.
