Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to develop detailed architectural drawings and designs using software such as SolidWorks, Rhinoceros 3D, Schematics, Sketchup, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.

Create accurate and precise architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Develop construction documents including drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design purposes.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.

Prepare presentations and visualizations for client meetings.

Experience:

Proficiency in architectural software such as SolidWorks, Rhinoceros 3D, Schematics, Sketchup, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.

Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.

Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Note:

Experience in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is essential for this role.
