Your new role
In your new role, you will be working as an Architectural Technician within the Industrial sector, where you will be:
Drafting and Designing: Create detailed drawings and plans for buildings using CAD software.
Technical Support: Assist architects with technical details and specifications.
Building Regulations: Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
Site Visits: Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials and construction techniques.
Problem Solving: Address technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases.
What you'll need to succeed Preferred: Experience within the industrial sector. Client facing experience. Strong technical knowledge. All/most RIBA stages experience. AutoCAD and/or Revit expertise. What you'll get in return A competitive salary, based on experience.
