Based in Southampton's city centre, this established practice is known for its expertise in developer-led residential projects, partnering with leading housebuilders. Offering a complete service, the team is split into planning and design specialists, ensuring expert delivery from concept to completion. They are now seeking an individual who is looking to take a lead role in the business moving forward. This role would suit an experienced Senior Architectural Technician or Technical Manager who is ready to take their career to the next level. Role & Responsibilities

Working on the production of working drawing packages Projects vary between 30 to 300 units Programming of work Working on fee proposals Managing projects and other team members Checking drawings of other team members to maintain quality Work closely with clients as point of contact developing ongoing relationships Dealing with design issues on projects and finding technical solutions Using AutoCAD on a daily basis Required Skills & Experience

Have a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience Experience with UK residential projects is essential Project experience in developer-led projects would be highly beneficial Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD is essential Revit ability is beneficial What you get back

£50,000 Hybrid working offered of 3 days in the office a week (This available after completion of the probation period) Pension scheme Annual Christmas bonus Sustainable travel bonus offered for those commuting by public transport or sustainable means
