About the Company
This medium-sized Architectural Practice is currently in a growth phase and is looking for a talented individual to join their team. They are working on projects both locally and nationally, making every day different, with the chance for you to travel to site and see your projects through to completion. Working mainly in the residential sector, they are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running with AutoCAD (essential) and ideally Revit (advantageous). We are looking for an independent individual, someone who can run their own small and large projects, or someone working towards this level. Residential projects include bespoke housing, extensions, refurbishments, estate houses, conversions, and historical and listed buildings, but they also have started to incorporate a number of more commercial schemes. Values in the millions are expected for the next individual to join their team. This practice has recently won a lot of new work and is looking to expand and push on with their ambitious plans. They have a sociable and outgoing workforce while offering good flexibility with how the work gets done. They are a studio-based practice, in the office 5 days a week with flexibility when required.
