Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who work alongside a range of big names within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to lead on a range of high-end projects within the education sector.
To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician, you will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience post qualification with this being primarily focused within the educational sector. The successful individual will be CIAT registered and be able to demonstrate proficiency in Revit.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the Role of Senior Architectural Technician:
5 years post qualification experience within a UK practice is essential
Relevant degree within Architectural Technology or another related discipline
Will be either ARB or CIAT registered
Good experience on projects within the Education sector
Have a strong portfolio of design and detailing work for a wide range of educational projects
Proficient with Revit software
Knowledge of NBS is essential
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Job running experience
