Our client, a well-established Architectural Practice based in Chorley, Lancashire, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team and apply their expertise, skills, and professionalism to a number of exciting projects. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be working within the health sector; however, our client also works on projects in a variety of other sectors. The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will also have a good knowledge of Revit. Responsibilities:
Design and work on projects within the Healthcare Sector and a variety of other sectors Assist junior members of the team Lead a design and technical team Produce drawings, models, and schedules using Revit Ensure all documentation is accurate Develop designs into working drawings Submit planning and building regulations Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages Live within a commutable distance to Chorley Qualifications:
5 years' relevant experience within a UK-based company Healthcare experience advantageous Knowledge of Revit advantageous Ability to take initiative Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic Ability to work independently and within a team Benefits:
