Senior Architectural Technologist
Our longstanding clients are on the lookout for a Senior Technologist to join their team based in
Islington & Highbury , situated just a short walk from the Tube station. They are looking to expand their team with a
Senior Technologist
to add depth to their team with an increased amount of projects being given the greenlight. This is an opportunity for a driven and dedicated Senior Technologist that is looking to further their career with a forward-thinking practice with ambitions to join the AJ100 list in the near future.
If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the
UK Leisure and commercial sector
and have demonstrable experience delivering across the Technical stages with the adaptability to work independently or as part of a team, this could be a great opportunity to progress your career. Our clients are looking for the right candidate that will add value to the team and help drive the business forward as they expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret client briefs and produce high quality technical drawings and details across all RIBA stages.
Ensure compliance with current building regulations and legislation both in the office and on-site.
Lead multiple projects, managing and collaborating with a small team.
Help drive and promote the business forward as an integral senior member of the team.
Collaborate with teams internally to create conceptual and technical drawings and ensure they are delivered on-site through the later RIBA stages.
Collaborate with consultants and clients, ensuring high technical standards are maintained across projects.
Essential Requirements:
5+ years’ experience
as a Senior with experience in the Leisure or commercial sectors.
Strong understanding of
UK building regulations & construction methods .
Proficiency in
Revit
- Essential.
Demonstrable experience in
Leisure projects .
On-site experience
with access to own transport.
Project running
experience – advantageous.
Proven record
in a senior role.
What’s on Offer:
A
competitive salary
of
£50,000 - £60,000 , dependent on experience.
Agile flexible working arrangements –
2 days in office/Site – 3 WFH .
