Senior Architectural Technologist

Up to and around £50,000 depending on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning RIBA practice based in Kettering. Being Investors in People (Gold), and with five offices across the UK whilst employing over 55 staff, they are now looking for either an experienced or Senior Architectural Technologist who is committed, organised, and has the passion to advance their career, to work on an exciting range of large projects and successfully lead teams. Due to a busy finish to the year, and winning many new projects, the Architectural Technologist is required to work on several sectors including healthcare, education, new residential builds, sports and industrial. The practice is one of the longest established architectural practices in the UK and their employees come first as an employer. You will be supported for your MCIAT chartership with mentoring if required and have the option of flexible working hours and hybrid remote working. Salary & Benefits:
Up to and around £50,000 for the right individual and experience. The Role/Candidate:
Proficient in Revit or other 3D packages Produce working drawing packages across a wide range of projects! Liaise with different stakeholders, lead detailed design process, co-ordinate information and produce/contribute to planning applications Knowledge of NBS Eye for detail and design For More Information:
