Due to significant growth, this business has a requirement for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join this talented design team. You should be a high-energy individual looking to develop your career with an entrepreneurial organisation. You will ideally have a minimum of 10 years post-degree or HND experience working within an architectural practice or a construction business. You will be involved with projects from the front-end feasibility and design, construction information stages right through to completion on each scheme. Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years PQE Project Management of schemes from a design perspective Excellent technical knowledge of the latest building technology, planning, and building regulations Experience of working on projects from inception through to completion An understanding/practical knowledge of Revit/BIM including modelling and BIM strategy Excellent construction knowledge with the ability to produce construction and detailed working drawings and packages quickly and efficiently Experience of working on accommodation based projects up to a value of £6M would be beneficial This is a permanent role with truly excellent career potential as the business grows. Salary £50,000pa + 10% car allowance + benefits including free fully equipped in-house gym, impressive working environment, and free on-site parking plus much more.
