Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Durham, County Durham available, joining an established practice with a seriously strong pipeline of projects, from heritage to healthcare, residential to education – and everything in between. This role offers up to £45,000 and flexible working.This company was established over 45 years ago with a large portion of their work coming through from repeat business. This role will be working alongside the building surveying and interior design teams from concept to completion of projects.Role & Responsibilities Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulationsProduce detailed technical drawings and manage project documentationLiaise with local authorities, contractors, and clientsConduct site meetings and resolve any on-site issuesWork on a diverse range of projects, including listed buildings and new build projects across a range of sectors. Required Skills & Experience MCIAT membership preferredMinimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural TechnologistProficiency in Revit and AutoCADStrong project management skills and the ability to work independentlyExperience managing projects on-site and answering queries that may come up.
