Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology. CIAT accredited, or working towards. Extensive post-qualification experience. Strong understanding of current UK building regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Lead and manage the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion. Produce detailed design packages and technical drawings using Revit. Collaborate with architects, designers, and external consultants to ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines. Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, codes, and industry standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Attend site visits and liaise with contractors to address technical challenges.
