Following our recent office acquisition, we are looking for the right person to join our growing Solent Team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

4+ years of industry experience (this is not an entry-level position; students with no experience need not apply)

CIAT is preferable but not necessary

Large-scale residential background working with PLCs and SMEs is desirable but not essential

Broad knowledge and understanding of the UK Building Regulations and planning policies

Meticulous attention to detail

Great organisation/ time management

Great communication skills, both internally and externally

Able to work in isolation but also collaboratively

Fluent in Autodesk Software’s

Fluent in Microsoft Office

Additional software is desirable but not necessary

Candidate must live in the UK and within a commutable distance to Fareham

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce scaled drawings

Work within a team on large-scale projects

Manage smaller projects & developments

Working to client expectations and liaising with consultants
