We are always growing and currently looking to add a Senior Architectural Technologist to our dedicated team of experienced Architects and Technicians. Kettering JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Architectural Technologist, Architect Technician - Consultancy, Construction As our Senior Architectural Technologist, your main responsibility will be to work closely with Architects and Designers forming the link between concept design and completed construction to a range of clients across different sectors including education, multi-storey residential and healthcare. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, the expectation will be to give support and advice to other members of the team. Included in your responsibilities will be: Managing and leading the team through relevant work stages, managing client portfolio with responsibility for client liaison and project output to agreed programmes. Preparing drawing packages for projects. Preparing tender documentation whilst evaluating all tenders and contracts during a project. Working with the relevant stakeholders to get planning approval. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Ideally, as a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will already have experience working in an architectural practice with direct client interaction and responsibility for project delivery. What we want is that extra bit more, we want a proactive attitude when creating new opportunities with a strong attention to detail. We also want you to: Be proficient using REVIT. Have good project management skills working multiple projects at different RIBA work stages 4 onwards. Demonstrate good knowledge of building regulations and the national building specification. Understand the design aspects of a construction project to consult clients on any issues. CIAT membership would be advantageous.
